In order to perform the Contract and on the basis of the Contract, the Service Provider processes the data of the Customer and in some cases also of a person authorised by the Customer to use the Services (e.g. an employee of the Customer) to the extent and for the period necessary for the provision of the Services or their settlement.
The Service Provider does not use the personal data of the Customer and the Customer's Employees for any other purposes and does not share them with third parties.
The administrator of the Customer's personal data is the Service Provider, i.e. Biuro Ekspertyz Technicznych i Szkoleń Sławomir Olszowski with its registered office in Poland at Mireckiego 12/8, 26-600 Radom, Poland, REGON 140421138, EU VAT PL7961324115.
The Customer has the right to access the data and to rectify, delete, as well as the right to restrict processing, object to processing, transfer the data and lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. Providing the data listed below is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the Contract.
Details of data processing:
- Orderer's full name, orderer's address: data are processed by the Service Provider for the purpose of concluding the Contract and issuing invoices.
- Full name of the user, authorised telephone number: processed by the Service Provider to recognise the Customer when calling the BETiS hotline UK.
- Orderer's e-mail: processed by the Service Provider for the purposes of correspondence, document exchange and for the modification of the authorised telephone number.
- Telephone call recordings: processed by the Service Provider for quality control purposes.
- Payment card data: processed by the Service Provider for the purpose of making automatic payments for the Services once a month.
The Service Provider has appointed a Data Protection Officer whom the Customer may contact in order to clarify any doubts or to exercise the Customer's rights.

The supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
